The reason that we have not added the option to just invite more people and giving them all the same possibilities is the risk of mistakes when everyone can make changes, add prices etc. at the same time. The invite options gives the option for a co-worker to download all the tender material and see the tender to give the input to the person responsible for the tender, uploading prices etc.

It is already possible to invite a co-worker or expert to the tender with the "Invite more to the tender"-function as described here:
